Red Cross workers rely on global
communication networks to keep families connected in crisis situations.
When disaster strikes, relatives outside the area may ask the Red Cross
to check the well-being of a loved one. During international
emergencies- from cyclones to civil upheaval - we work through the
International Red Cross to locate family members and relay messages. These brief notes are beacons of hope amid chaos, reassurance that
relatives are alive and well.
